Spring launch plan

DRAFT ยท Updated 2 hours ago

The big push this quarter is getting more first-time users through onboarding. Two teams will work on this in parallel.

The main risk is our payment provider contract running out. We'll have a backup ready before then.

One thing we're skipping: a mobile app. The web version is doing 90% of the work for now.

What you get

Comments, right on the page.

Drop in your file, share the link, and feedback shows up next to the bit it's about.

Highlight to comment

Select any text and leave a note. The comment sticks to that bit, just like Google Docs.

Reply, react, resolve

Have a proper back-and-forth. Tick it off when it's sorted. No more chasing feedback in Slack.

Looks the same

Your page shows up exactly as you built it. We don't change a thing - fonts, colours, layout all stay put.

Good for

Anything you'd share as a link.

If you've made a webpage and want people to look at it, you're in the right place.

Sensitive? Lock it down.

Pages are never indexed by search engines and the URLs are unguessable. When you need more, list the people who can open it.

Specific people only

Pick exactly who can open it.

List the email addresses that should have access. Anyone else gets a 404, even with the link. They sign in with their email to confirm it's them.

Anyone with the link

Send the link, they open it. Won't show up in Google.

Just you

Keep it to yourself. No-one else can see it, not even with the link.

01

Upload your file
